The origianl location was Redlands but at some point, I think it was aabout were Walmart went in right down the st., the city line of Loma Linda was moved west changing the location of our home to Loma Linda. My grandmother was born and raised in this home and as a child we used to visit my great aunt Alma, who was the last of the family to live there, I don't remember when she passed but I think it was in the '60's. My question to you is: Is it registered as a Historical Home with the city or state and are their any restrictions as to the altering of the property? We are being ask this frequently by potiential Buyer's and we would like to be able to direct them to a contact person @ the city that could assist with their questions. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. We understand the importance of teaming with you to get the new owner's to realize the significants of the home to your community. The time frame would have been around 1900 to 1920. Their father Julius Brousseau was once a famous attorney in Los Angeles. He died in 1903.
